At AutoZing, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- The product is unused, except for a single trial for inspection purposes.
2. Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Products
- Returns for damaged, defective, quantity mismatch, or description mismatch items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of missing items or empty package, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Supporting evidence (images/videos/unboxing proof) is mandatory for claim validation.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
AutoZing reserves the right to reject return/refund requests in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of regular use, misuse, or improper handling.
- Physical damage caused after delivery.
- Missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice.
- Requests based on change of mind, where the product matches the description.
- Return request raised after the allowed time window.
4. Refund & Replacement Process
- All returns are subject to inspection and quality check upon receipt.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval of the quality check.
- If the returned product fails inspection, it will be sent back to the customer without refund.

All customer data shared during the return/refund process will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, ensuring confidentiality and lawful processing.
